2012 shearing
Has finally been finished this week here on the farm. Fleeces are skirted and photographed. Now I need to weigh them up and get them on the fleece blog. Hopefully I will get to that Sunday after we get done shearing goats in Marlow.
We brought home 10 Romney cross fleeces yesterday, 2 Romney fleeces and 1 Dorset fleece today. I still have a few of those left to skirt, photograph and weigh. I am hoping to get those on here soon as well.

Happy March 1st and Hello winter!
Winter has finally arrived!
These were taken at 10 am. At 3 pm, it is still snowing.
Some of the lambs want to be outside in the snow, but most want to be inside where it is warm and dry.
Uh oh! We've been caught playing where we don't belong!
Neither group of chickens want to come out to play in the snow...
